Through your purchase of the Profit First Simplified! mini-course, JMD Business Solutions Inc and Innowik LLC grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to the underlying dashboard and course materials, for your personal use.

Specifically, you may use the dashboard and course materials for your own personal use implementing the Profit First method. You may not resell or copy the course materials or use the course materials for any purpose not expressly permitted.

Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved to JMD Business Solutions and Innowik LLC.

Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they are downloaded, all sales are final.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have access to the course materials.
